Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation Limited came into inception on October 25, 2002 with the sole motto of facilitating police infrastructure for superior and smooth functioning of the work force.
The primary objective of our organisation is to enhance the working and living conditions of the Jharkhand police force.To achieve this JPHCL is involved in the planning, designing, construction and maintenance of various projects across the State.
The fundamental goal of JPHCL has been to provide high quality residential and non- residential buildings for the police department across the State. Our line of work includes construction of buildings required for police stations, police lines, training centers, homes for our personnel and also associated infrastructure for Jharkhand Police. We are on a mission to achieve world class standards in all our endeavours and be a role model for excellence in public service.
As an organiasation, JPHCL adheres to strict quality standards and uses modern construction techniques to ensure sustainability, durability and functionality. The challenges faced are overcome by focusing on strategic planning, efficient resource management and also fostering partnerships with private sector entities and other government agencies.
Apart of constructions of new projects, JPHCL is also involved in the maintenance and renovation of existing police infrastructure including repairing and upgrading work of existing buildings.
During the initial days, the work of the Corporation was limited to the construction of buildings required only for the police force in the State. Over the years, Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation Limited has also been entrusted with the work for construction and maintenance of offices and residential buildings of all the offices related to the Home Department in the State. This includes police station, jail, Home Defense Corps, fire service, soldier welfare, forensic laboratory and disaster management to name a few.
Through the years, JPHCL has expanded its course of work by incorporating innovative construction technologies to enhance the infrastructure in rural and remote areas of Jharkhand. One such example is the construction of fortified police stations and barracks in the interiors of the State which have also instilled a sense of security amongst the locals of the region.
This further signifies JPHCL’s focus on community oriented projects, thereby leading to the overall development of the State.
With its dedicated efforts, Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation Limited has proven time and again that it plays a pivotal role in the development of the State’s security framework.
JPHCL not only supports the police force but has also broadly contributed to the goal of ensuring public safety and fostering a secure environment for the people of Jharkhand.
